Privacy Policy
Last updated: 11 August 2026
This notice explains how Pixedi Ltd ("Pixedi", "we", "us") collects, uses, stores and discloses information submitted through this website, including the contact form, the project intake flow and the Pixedi Black vetting form, and related communications.
Plain-English summary: we collect only what we need to respond to you and evaluate your request, we do not sell your data, we do not run advertising or analytics cookies, and you can ask us to show or delete what we hold about you at any time.
1. Who we are
Pixedi Ltd (United Kingdom) acts as the data controller (UK GDPR) and "business" (US state privacy terms) for information submitted via this website.
Contact: talk@pixedi.com
2. What we collect
When you submit a form or communicate with us, we may collect:
- Identity and organisation details you provide (name, company, role)
- Contact details you provide (email, phone)
- Project details you submit (website address, goals, budget and timeline ranges, competitor references, message content)
- Technical metadata (IP address, timestamps, basic security logs)
We do not request sensitive personal data. Please do not submit identity documents, medical data or other special-category information unless we explicitly request it through a secure channel.
3. How we use your information
- Responding to your enquiry and assessing whether we can help
- Planning, executing and supporting an agreed engagement
- Security and fraud prevention
- Legal compliance
We do not use submissions for advertising, lead reselling or unrelated marketing.
4. Where your data lives
Form submissions are stored in our access-controlled database hosted in the European Union, with encryption in transit. Access is limited to authorised Pixedi personnel on a need-to-know basis. Email correspondence is held in our business mailboxes.
5. Legal bases (UK)
- Legitimate interests: assessing enquiries, protecting confidentiality and security
- Contract: where an engagement proceeds and processing is necessary to perform it
- Legal obligation: where required
You may object to processing based on legitimate interests where applicable.
6. US privacy disclosures
If you are a resident of a US state with privacy laws (e.g. California): we do not sell personal information and do not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising. Depending on your state, you may have rights to access, delete, correct or obtain a copy of your information; we will verify requests before acting.
7. Retention
We retain information only as long as necessary for the purposes above. Enquiries that do not lead to an engagement are deleted on request and periodically as part of routine housekeeping. Engagement records are retained as required for billing, legal compliance and dispute resolution. The Pixedi Black programme applies stricter, shorter retention windows described in its own notice.
8. Sharing & disclosures
We do not share your data with marketing partners. We may disclose information only:
- to service providers strictly required for operations (hosting, database, email), under contractual confidentiality and security obligations;
- to comply with valid legal processes or protect rights, safety and security;
- where you direct us in writing.
9. International transfers
We operate in the UK and work with US-based clients, so information may be processed in the UK, the EU and the US. Where UK law requires safeguards for cross-border transfers, we implement appropriate transfer mechanisms and security controls.
10. Your rights
You can request:
- access to the information we hold about you,
- correction of inaccurate data,
- deletion (where applicable),
- restriction or objection (UK/EEA-like regimes),
- a copy / portability (where applicable).
Write to talk@pixedi.com. We may ask for verification to protect confidentiality. UK residents may also complain to the ICO.
11. Cookies & analytics
This site does not use advertising or analytics cookies. Only technically necessary browser storage is used to make the site function.
12. Changes to this notice
We may update this notice to reflect operational, legal or security changes. The "Last updated" date above will change accordingly.
Use of this website is also governed by our Terms of Service.
